How I help . . .

I’ve focused my career on problem solving and creating solid growth plans for my clients. My goal is to support clients by building technology plans, managing implementation strategies and gaining trust and buy-in from across the organization. Technology is a tool to help businesses achieve their goals and operate as efficiently as possible.

IT departments usually have a solid vision of their technological goals. But these teams are also very busy and struggle to dedicate time to clear communication and implementation plans. All stakeholders must have a clear understanding of the “why” and “how” when it comes to technology plans and implementation. Communication is key in gaining buy-in and building confidence with other team members across the business.

What does above + beyond mean to you?

It’s about doing more than expected or thought was possible. It's a mindset, a willingness, a desire to be better and do more. My expectation for myself and those on my team is to provide a service that is truly above + beyond.

What does being a strategic ally mean to you?

Helping other leaders build and have confidence in future plans for their business or organization.

What type of sports are you good at?

I played college basketball and football, but now enjoy less demanding activities. My go-to is now golf, but I also love to ski when we go to Colorado for vacations.

What are you most proud of and why?

My family. Through thick and thin, they love unconditionally, follow their faith, support one another and are blindly selfless. Any one of them will do whatever it takes to make this world a better place.
